Refund Policy

At Solve for Y, we understand that life happens — and we aim to be fair and flexible while honoring the value of time and planning that goes into each personalized session.

Session-Based Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session are eligible for a reschedule or refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund, as that time has been reserved just for your learner and cannot be rebooked.

  • No-shows will be treated as same-day cancellations and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Memberships

  • Memberships can be canceled anytime. When canceled, the membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle — you won’t be charged again.

  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused sessions within a billing period.

  • If a session needs to be rescheduled due to illness, emergencies, or other unavoidable issues, we’ll make every effort to find a new time within the same billing cycle.
